I started cooking when I was 12 years old for my 5 brothers(my 3 sisters had left home by then).
I was 15 years old when I started my first professional food service job, working with my grandparents during the summer months in Dallas, Texas catering.
From that point on, I worked just about every food service position in the front of the house and back. I have HAPPILY been a lunch lady since 2012.
